  • “Real Time” Thomas Group
    A twice-a-month Friday study of the Gospel of Thomas held from 10 am to Noon EST and led by Alice Despard via Google Hangouts.   • The Book of Revelation and the Apocalyptic Imagination

  • Sacred Covenant: Creation in the Midst of Crisis – A Midwest School of Wisdom
    June 22-28, 2019 at the Columbiere Center, Clarkston, Michigan. A week-long residential retreat based on the Benedictine form of communal living led by Lynn C Bauman, PhD and Alison Hine. $750 (shared bath), $800 (private bath) for the week, all inclusive. See flyer attached for detailed information. Non-refundable deposit is requested by March 15.

  • Annual Gathering of OOOW and Friends – STABILITY IN A TIME OF CHAOS
    March 7-10, 2019 at the Oblate Renewal Center, San Antonio, Texas. This weekend with monks and friends will include keynotes by Abbot Lynn, large and small group work, community worship, and time for fellowship. To reserve your space a $100 non-refundable deposit is requested by JANUARY 25. Single rooms will be $360 and double rooms will be $335 per person (this includes all meals as well as very comfortable rooms at the retreat center).   • A Pilgrimage into Celtic Christianity
    A Small Group Pilgrimage of the OOOW and Friends to Ireland is planned for August  4-19, 2019.   The detailed itinerary includes visits to the most important early Celtic Christian sites.  Group size is limited to 16 pilgrims.   Although initial deposit receipt date is closed, it may be possible to join the pilgrimage.  If interested or want more information, please contact Hermann at hermann@vigilandassoc.com.
